Chiarli, the family making the history of Lambrusco since 1860, will be at Vinitaly in Stand A4, Hall 1. During the trade show, it will organize a tasting itinerary in which the winery's calling for Sorbara will be flanked by a viewpoint considering all the grape varieties that contribute to making Lambrusco great. Therefore, to highlight the genuinely far-reaching depth and quality of Chiarli's research, we've organized a targeted tasting of three labels for visitors that showcase the many ways that the story of the dark Lambrusco Grasparossa grape can be told.
And what are the distinctive characteristics of this grape variety? Exquisite fruit, a perfect harmony of aromatic components, freshness, and acidity well-balanced by residual sugar. The tasting begins with Rosè De Noir Brut, followed by the new version of Pruno Nero Dry, blended with Salamino, and ends with the renowned Vigneto Cialdini. The tasting exploration aims to convey a different perception and a new appreciation of Lambrusco Grasparossa.
For Vinitaly visitors interested in Masterclasses, a Cleto Chiarli label will be among the Lambrusco wines presented at the Consorzio di Lambrusco’s Masterclass “Rediscovering LAMBRUSCO: Terroir, Styles and Savoir Faire” The tasting will be led by Italy’s first Master of Wine, Gabriele Gorelli on April 4th at 11.00 a.m.
